ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ (Terms of Service)

JLP Global ให้บริการ eSIM เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้เดินทาง การเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์และการใช้บริการของเรา ถือว่าท่านได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

  • เมื่อท่านสั่งซื้อและใช้บริการของ JLP Global ท่านรับรองว่ามีอายุและความสามารถทางกฎหมายเพียงพอในการทำข้อตกลงที่มีผลผูกพันตามกฎหมาย

2. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้บริการ

  • ผู้ใช้บริการต้องตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์ของตนรองรับ eSIM และปลดล็อกเครือข่าย (Carrier-Unlocked) ก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ

  • ผู้ใช้บริการมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการเก็บรักษา QR Code และข้อมูลการใช้งานบริการให้ปลอดภัย และไม่เปิดเผยแก่บุคคลอื่น

3. การใช้บริการ

  • บริการ eSIM ของเรามีไว้สำหรับการใช้งานส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น ห้ามนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์หรือจำหน่ายต่อโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

  • คุณภาพและความเร็วของอินเทอร์เน็ตขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายท้องถิ่นในแต่ละประเทศ JLP Global ไม่รับประกันความเร็วหรือความต่อเนื่องของบริการในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย ปัญหาจากผู้ให้บริการเครือข่าย หรือพื้นที่ที่สัญญาณไม่ครอบคลุม

4. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

JLP Global จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่อง หรือการสูญเสียผลกำไรใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้ หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการของเราได้

5. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

  • ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้การบังคับและการตีความตามกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

JLP Global provides eSIM services to facilitate travelers. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using JLP Global services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before making a purchase.

  • You are responsible for keeping your QR code and service information secure.

3. Service Usage

  • Our eSIM services are for personal use only. Commercial use or unauthorized reselling is strictly prohibited.

  • Internet quality and speed depend on the local network provider in each country. We do not guarantee service speed in cases of force majeure or signal dead zones.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • JLP Global shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

5. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
